The Advanced Quality Manufacturing Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting customer growth by utilizing their passion, engineering expertise, and analytical skills to improve performance from concept to implementation.
This dynamic environment requires effective communication across all levels of a multidisciplinary team, including interaction with Customers, DFM Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Case Management, and Supply Chain Network teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional engineering activities for internal and external customers, virtually or onsite.
- Enhance our Quality Management System by leveraging expertise as an advanced product quality planning engineer.
- Collaborate to improve the customer experience by preventing complaints and rejections.
- Manage processes following AS9145/IATF 16949 standards, ensuring timely completion through internal and external resources.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality engineering.
- Strong analytical and mechanical technical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Facilitation skills for cross-functional team meetings.
- Good time and project management capabilities.
- Ability to interpret 2D drawings and specifications.
- Experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
- At least 2 years' experience working with Customers and Suppliers.
- Understanding of IATF 16949 Automotive standard or equivalent.
