Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Process Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in process engineering, continuous improvement, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead strategic process improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and data-driven insights to optimize business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, implementing sustainable solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Maintain and refine our Operations Management System, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and deliver training programs on Lean tools and methodologies, empowering employees to adopt a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Pilot and evaluate productivity dashboards using Power BI, driving quick adoption and informed decision-making throughout the organization.
  • Drive the Lessons Learned process, capturing and integrating unit incident and event inputs into operational practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) or other relevant continuous improvement methodologies.
