Supplier Quality Improvement Professional

Enhance the performance of our global supplier network by delivering high-quality products and services.

Employment type: Full-Time

  • Perform quality audits on suppliers to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement containment, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to prevent quality issues.
  • Conduct process audits and follow-up on technical audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training to suppliers on quality management systems and best practices.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, safety, delivery, and cost.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
About the Job

As a Supplier Quality Improvement Professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with suppliers to identify and address quality-related issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality tools, lean philosophy, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience in manufacturing, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
