Senior Engineering Match Specialist

You are invited to apply for a challenging and rewarding role where you will be working directly with clients to understand their needs, custom-match them with engineering experts from our talent network, and provide support during the matching process.

This is a remote position. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to identify their requirements and match them with suitable engineering talent from our extensive network.
  • Develop and write engaging job descriptions to attract top talent for each role.
  • Identify and engage the right engineers to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Present the selected engineers to the clients in a way that highlights their experience, skills, and relevance to the project.
  • Manage the entire matching process to ensure a positive experience for both clients and engineers, including:
  • Verifying engineer's skills and experience match client requirements.
  • Tracking and addressing client and engineer feedback to improve success rates.
  • Collaborating with other teams to leverage opportunities, remove obstacles, and address engagement issues as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development or recruitment for tech companies.
  • Experience in sales, consulting, or leadership roles preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship building, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.

Suitable for individuals with mid-senior level experience seeking a new challenge.
