Software Development Specialist - Cloud Engineering

Our company is looking for a skilled cloud engineering specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering open-source software operations code using Python and Golang.

  • Design and develop high-quality open-source software operations code for cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our open-source monitoring and alerting infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including Linux and networking.
  • Contribute to the development of our open-source platform, Ubuntu, and ensure it remains the easiest, most robust, and best-performing option for driving infrastructure.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in Python and Golang programming languages.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
  • Experience with Linux and networking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
