Visionary Software Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software development leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, driving technical innovation, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
About the Role
The software development leader will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, developers, and QA specialists
- Develop and implement strategies for improving team productivity, efficiency, and morale
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
- Design, develop, and test software applications, ensuring they meet business needs and technical specifications
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps, architecture, and standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development leadership, preferably in an Agile environment
- Strong technical expertise in software development, including design patterns, coding standards, and testing methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
