Senior Construction Project Specialist

The Project Development Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of internal projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating and directing activities to ensure timely accomplishment of goals or objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute strategies to develop assigned projects in various areas such as agriculture, marketing, or manufacturing.
2. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and recommend solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
3. Review project status and budgets, coordinate schedules, and prepare status reports.
4. Coordinate operational aspects of assigned projects.
5. Ensure integration of corporate requirements into project design and construction processes.
6. Collaborate with regional domain leads for domain-specific expertise support in build projects.
7. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,
Relevant work experience,
Other minimum qualifications may apply,
Supervisory Experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously,
Experience in operations with challenging environmental health and safety aspects,
Experience managing third-party resources to deliver business results,
Knowledge of international standards and codes related to build projects and construction safety,
Intermediate English.
