We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual professional to join our dynamic sales team.
This role requires generating qualified leads and scheduling product demos through proactive outreach and strategic engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily outbound calls to prospective clients across various industries.
- Utilize CRM software to manage multi-touch outreach sequences including emails, calls, and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in the CRM.
- Schedule product demos by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role (experience in SaaS or technology sales is a plus).
- Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to craft compelling messages.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and articulate value propositions clearly.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Hubspot, Apollo or similar).
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment.
