The Legal Specialist role involves working on the Lands for Women project, which aims to improve land and environmental regularization in rural communities.
This position requires a high level of legal analysis skills, experience in public administration, and knowledge of Brazilian legislation.
- Supporting project coordination and counterparties in legal analysis and regulatory compliance;
- Providing legal support for land and environmental regularization processes, particularly for women heads of household in rural areas;
- Participating in the formulation of proposals for legal guidelines on land governance;
- Developing internal regulations and technical opinions to ensure correct legal frameworks;
- Collaborating with state and federal agencies and civil society organizations to ensure legal certainty in strategic processes and decisions;
Essential qualifications include:
- A degree in Law;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in public management;
- Proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese;
- Registration with the Brazilian Bar Association;
- Postgraduate studies in Public Law or related areas;
