Job Title: Central Finance IT Product Manager

The role of Central Finance IT Product Manager operates within the Financial Operations Tower in Applications Service Delivery Team, collaborating with Financial Central Teams and Unit Segment Teams to provide critical support to a new SAP template built in Central Finance. This leader will help establish a new DevOps Team working closely with Deployment Teams implementing CF worldwide.

  • - Strong IT background required.
  • - Ability to develop IT knowledge and leadership skills.
  • - Effective communication and prioritization skills.
  • - SAP Hana expertise is an asset.
  • - Preferred experience in Financial IT capabilities, especially in FMCG industry.
  • - 5-7 years' experience in Product Services & Development - Project Management is beneficial.
  • - Agile and DevOps experience is advantageous.
  • - ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications are highly valued.

Your Responsibilities:

This role plays a crucial part in shaping the Future Vision of Central Finance Product Team, leading a high-performing team of Product Service Leads and Product Architects globally responsible for IT Product Lifecycle operations, development, automation opportunities, release management, regression testing, vendor management, front-end business monitoring tools, and Period End tracking in Central Finance Product.

You will influence and contribute to defining strategy for the ASD IT Central Finance Product Team, ensuring Operational Excellence standards, Finance of Tomorrow goals, and FP&A/Controllership strategies. You will also be responsible for in-take of new Legal Entities into Central Finance, re-designing internal processes, adapting to the complexity of the ecosystem generated by the Finance of Tomorrow Program.

Maintaining awareness and bringing perspective on industry directions for Central Finance as a Product, you will define new cost-effective operations and evolve existing ways of working optimally. You will partner with market lead 3rd Party Suppliers to provide end-to-end Service and Development capabilities based on Operational Excellence standards, with overall accountability upon agreed delivery metrics.

You will require experience in IT Contracting, closely working with Commercial counterparts, ensuring mutual, efficient, and scalable contracts between MARS and the 3rd Parties. Accountable for managing Stakeholders from Central Functions, Data Functions, and internal IT Functions, you will provide regular status updates on progress of all demands raised by them.
