**Network Core Solution Architect**

**What are we looking for?**
- Graduated in computing science, engineering or any related Networks.
- The Cisco CCNP certification or higher is mandatory. Certifications on ITIL® and MBA will be a plus during the assessment phase.
- Work experience in large corporate environment, developing and managing pervasive Enterprise Network infrastructure.
- Experience with networking background, TCP/IP networking, and LAN/WAN routing and switching.
- Sound proven experience of strategic and roadmapping and business case capabilities, with ability to interact proactively and influence others within a multicultural and global environment
- Demonstrable understanding of business process and change management.
- Demonstrated highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, including working with both information technology professionals and business customers; strong written and verbal skills.
- Multicultural experience.
- Working knowledge IT architecture and IT governance.

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- **
Strategic Delivery**:
Accountable for Network Solution Architecture (WAN/LAN/WLAN/Telephony/RAS/Perimeter security/Cloud Networking).

Delivery of medium-term (3-5 year) strategic roadmaps for the Network Services in partnering with external providers to ensure the technology evolves and fit for our business purposes.

Stays at the forefront of industry trends by developing close relationships with suppliers (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto, Citrix, Zscaler, etc), attending trade shows and networking with peers.

Build a framework to ensure that new technologies will be introduced appropriately (business case, TCO, Architecture governance board, etc).

Keep the service portfolio up to date, driving retirement of legacy solutions.

Contribute to the design of operational processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance with policies and security requirements.

Contribute and own technology rationalization opportunities within his/her specific domain.

Service Delivery**:
Helps to develop the service definitions for Mars and represent global input into subsequent service evolution (description, scope, tiers, levels and cost structure).

Assists in the Benchmark of costs against current industry standards, assess areas of improvements and drive relevant subsequent actions to maintain cost competitiveness.

Stakeholder management to set expectation about projects and initiatives in place, stays upfront for the future demands and manage the communication properly.

Project Management**:
Develops and assist on deployments of in-house network solutions and work with external providers (e.g. OBS, Cisco, Presidio, etc) in testing and deploying the vendors services.

Work closely with Enterprise Architecture in designing new solutions following Mars guidelines to deliver value to our business.
