Join to apply for the Networks Service Delivery Sr Analyst role at MarsJob DescriptionThis highly engaged team supports the Network Infrastructure environment globally, ensuring it remains always available, secure, follows standards, well documented and fit for business needs.Networks as key enabling services require constant management and development to ensure proper Mars IS services delivery.What are we looking for?At least 2 years IT experience in IT service management.At least 3 years of IT infrastructure management.Work in international environment.Small/medium project management.Experience with various technical OS platforms networks.Strong analytical skills.Advanced English level.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Network Service Roadmap delivery in the three key Network Areas (WAN/LAN, Audio/Video Conferencing and Security).Translate business requirements into technical and functional solution specifications.Document solutions developed according to the defined rules in place, allowing for the solution to be supported by IT OPS and Vendors.Lead and follow-up delivery and mid-size project and improvement plans.Promote procedures, standards and rules in place and seek opportunities to improve them in the Network space.Suggest and implement network infrastructure upgrades, modifications and EOL (end of life) replacements.Ensure funding (CAB, Running Cost) is planned for suggested projects.Interact with SMO (Service Manager Officer) to understand service level agreements and maintain the same.Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation plans.Maintain working relationships with the key stakeholders (Mars Service Desk, Security Team, End User Team, Local Infrastructure Teams).Perform root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans.Maintain all documentation for deployment, maintenance, upgrades and problem resolution activities.In addition to the Network Senior Analyst responsibilities, the role will include some of the following, depending on current team needs and/or your personal development goals.Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Proactively manage key stakeholders and update them on project status.What can you expect from Mars?Work with diverse and talented associates, all guided by the Five Principles.Join a purpose driven company, where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesManufacturing, Food and Beverage Services, and Food and Beverage ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Mars by 2xWe're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.Experts add insights directly into each article, started with the help of AI.#J-*****-Ljbffr
