Expert Process Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Process Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping and improving our organization's processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive financial expertise to inform business decisions and improve process efficiency.
  • Analyze stakeholder requirements from both business and Shared Service Center perspectives.
  • Develop, document, implement, and enhance processes (activities, variants, roles, controls, change management).
  • Lead change management initiatives to transition from old to new ways of working.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to pilot improvement initiatives related to pain points, aligned with corporate priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for simplification or automation, process or system wise, and challenge the status quo.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to identify areas for further improvements (KPIs and SLAs).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in accounting, business administration, or (business) IT.
  • Expertise in E2E Record-to-Report area, process or project management related, with focus on costing, controlling, and/or inventory valuation.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management attitude with experience in process changes.
  • Experience with shared service models and transformation.
  • Analytical and structural thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of process management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Hands-on mentality and resolution-focused approach.
  • Preferably process design experience with SAP Signavio or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels to connect areas and identify operational pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Global mindset allowing work across multiple cultures.
  • Fluent English language skills.
