About the Job

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team and play a key part in enhancing tax and finance projects. This role involves optimizing processes, leading teams, and analyzing data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve tax and finance processes by mapping current workflows, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements.
  • Lead meetings with relevant teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Analyze processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support system implementation and maintenance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop Business Process Procedures, create training materials, and train staff.
  • Participate in forums related to tax and finance digital transformations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Tax Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills.
  • Specialized qualifications in Tax Transformation Management are desirable.
  • Strong experience in tax or finance, preferably within an international group context.
  • Proven problem-solving, organizational, teamwork, negotiation, and innovation skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as BI and Figma.
  • ERP literacy, particularly in SAP HANA.
