Alumina and aluminum production are essential for our daily lives, from construction to transportation. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Analyst to join our team at the Alumar unit in São Luís, Maranhão.

The responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring maintenance indicators are met and leading the monthly critical analysis process;
  • Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities, including reports on key events and improvement opportunities;
  • Participating in budget planning, providing cost estimates for projects;
  • Monitoring costs against budgets;
  • Reporting all indicators and leading weekly critical analysis;
  • Seeking planning alternatives to reduce time and costs while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards to ensure operational excellence of mechanical equipment across operational centers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Higher education in Engineering or related fields;
  • Intermediate English skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking) - desirable;
  • Experience in Industrial Maintenance Planning;
  • Proficiency in computer skills, quality management, and maintenance software.
