Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating international and domestic shipping schedules, working closely with suppliers to set up shipping and delivery that meets customer needs.

You will be in touch with partner carriers to resolve operational incidents and ensure a seamless logistics process. Your ability to analyze and synthesize data will guide strategic decisions, providing analytical insights and reporting to management.

This is a full-time position based out of our São Paulo office in Pinheiros. As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the Operations team, Customer Experience, and Product Development teams to ensure customer orders and issues are fulfilled.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar analytical role, ideally within a fast-growing company
  • Proficient English communication skills (B2+), both verbal and written
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • A passion for operations – you like helping people and problem-solving
