Job Description

Amazon's Transportation Operations team is seeking a Logistics Planning Specialist to join their Brazil Transportation team. The Logistics Planning Specialists are responsible for managing service providers, planning ramp up and peak, managing last mile capacity, ensuring alignment with program policies, measuring stakeholders performance, engaging and supporting audit processes. They are expected to identify ways to improve operations continually.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing service provider onboarding process;
  • Guaranteeing training and alignment to the program policies;
  • Tracking service providers' performance and working on improvements needed;
  • Analyzing delivery capacity versus operations demand and working on gaps;
  • Defining routes allocation based on service providers' capacity and program profitability;
  • Engaging partners and stakeholders involved in the process;
  • Troubleshooting problems through to resolution, escalating as necessary;

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, develop your analytical skills, and contribute to improving logistics operations. Requirements

  • Capability of setting priorities and working under pressure;
