As a seasoned professional in the field of AI, you will take on a pivotal role as an AI Solutions Manager. This position demands expertise in guiding clients through the implementation of AI-driven content strategies that yield tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with growth marketers, content leads, and executives to align AI-driven content strategies seamlessly with business objectives.
  • Content Deployment: Oversee timely publication and proactively address any delays in content deployment.
  • Workflow Optimization: Work hand-in-hand with technical teams to design and implement AI workflows that strike the perfect balance between speed and impact.
  • Performance Monitoring: Closely track key metrics (e.g., organic traffic, CTR, revenue impact) to optimize the effectiveness of AI content.
  • Solution Implementation: Drive efficient solution deployment, minimizing unnecessary iterations.
  • Customer Enablement: Empower teams to leverage AI platforms effectively, removing technical barriers and streamlining their workflow.
  • Best Practices Development: Create comprehensive playbooks based on successful implementations to streamline future deployments.
  • Product Feedback Relay: Communicate valuable customer insights to Product and Engineering teams to inform platform improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At Least 5 Years of Experience in Software Implementations, With Expertise in Onboarding, Adoption, and Expansion.
  • 3+ Years of Experience Working with Enterprise Clients, Balancing Multiple Stakeholder Relationships.
  • Proven Ability to Guide Customers Towards Successful SaaS or AI Solution Adoption.
  • Exceptional Spoken English, With the Ability to Communicate Complex Concepts Clearly.
  • Strong Analytical Skills, With Experience in Data-Driven Decision-Making (SQL, Python, or Similar Tools a Plus).
  • Self-Motivated, Adaptable, and Experienced in Fast-Paced Environments.
