Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Support team development of strategies and frameworks contributing to key deliverables and managing work against core timelines.
  • Deliverable Creation: Use developed strategies and frameworks to shape deliverables with some oversight; produce high-quality, accurate drafts of core documents such as project frameworks, project plans, and project analysis.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships by listening, valuing different perspectives, and ensuring efficient execution of program efforts.
  • Data Analysis: Apply analytical capabilities to in-flight programs identifying basic trends and patterns in data or outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Support team in identifying everyday challenges and proposing practical solutions; assist leadership in escalating important risks through appropriate frameworks.
  • Adaptability: Embrace change with a learning mindset adapting to new priorities accepting feedback, and looking for opportunities to grow.
