We are seeking a skilled Business Analytics Manager to join our Global Sales and Operations team in São Paulo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing complex business challenges through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem Solving: Utilize your analytical expertise to gather and analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and examine quantitative and qualitative data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform your recommendations.
  • Presentation and Communication: Create clear and concise documents to convey your findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets from diverse sources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic SQL skills, with the ability to translate business requests into code to answer specific questions.
