About the Role

As a key member of the ITAS Platform team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compliance support and execution for the ITAS platform group
  • Supporting Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) activities, including planning, execution, and lessons learned
  • Reviewing and cleaning up non-compliant accounts across various applications
  • Maintaining Service Now - CMDB and APM
  • Providing local budget support, including invoicing

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting audit processes, including data provision during PWC audits
  • Reviewing and closing EBS Access reviews on a quarterly basis
  • Reviewing database account passwords
  • Maintaining EBS GASS group owner reviews
  • Maintaining BPO agreements and following up on outstanding items
  • Managing SOA invoices to ensure timely submission
  • Preparing scorecards and reports to support management in tracking progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Previous experience in Internal Controls and/or User Support areas
  • Compliance and audit experience
  • Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency
  • Advanced proficiency in Windows Office suite, with the ability to handle Power BI, macros, and VBA
