Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our applications, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

  • Support global applications customers within the production environment, including an extensive and practical understanding of the application.
  • Maintain Global relationships with various other support teams as well as business users.
  • Perform timely escalation of critical production environment incidents and proactively identify patterns of recurring incidents to improve service capabilities.
  • Develop and utilize core tools and processes to perform daily function whilst improving day to day practices for the global production management group.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
  • Familiarity with applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment on-premises or in the public cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Client Oriented.
  • Solid Organizational skills; detailed oriented and great reading comprehension.
  • Capable of handling changes/uncertainty by quickly adapting to new processes.
