Chief Enterprise Security Strategist

The Director of Corporate Security will lead and oversee two critical teams: IT Security and Security Operations.
- Will be responsible for safeguarding the technology ecosystem, ensuring strong defenses against cyber threats, and building scalable security strategies to protect assets, data, and people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as system owner for enterprise security platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and oversee resolution across security tools and infrastructure.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to remediate security risks identified by security tools or architects.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage IT Security and SecOps teams.
- Develop and execute insider threat detection and response strategy.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing IT Security and/or SecOps.
- Strong technical expertise with enterprise security systems (ZTNA, SWG, DLP, EDR, SIEM, etc.).
- Proven experience with SOC practices, digital forensics, and incident response.
- Deep knowledge of monitoring, detection, and insider threat strategies.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to partner across technical and business stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.) strongly preferred.
