Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Data Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving data strategy and execution across a portfolio of high-impact data products.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and collaboration expertise. As a Data Lead, you will be working with large datasets to answer complex investor questions about sectors we cover.

You will have the chance to tackle challenging data problems, optimize methodologies, test new datasets, and solve data-related issues.

Your primary focus will be on standardizing, simplifying, and improving data pipelines and workflows.

In addition, you will partner cross-functionally with Research and Engineering to uncover opportunities and optimize processes.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, forecasting, or business intelligence, including 1-2 years in a management or lead capacity.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages to explore and transform large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to approach complex problems logically and decisively, implementing scalable solutions.
  • Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mentality, enthusiastic about collaborating to make an impact.
  • Preferred: Experience in capital markets, investment research, or financial services.
