About the Role">

As a Senior Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development of our next-generation Alarm Monitoring Product. This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills to guide the engineering and development team towards achieving product vision and strategy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating business, technology, and design priorities while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business growth objectives. You will lead the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product, identifying customer needs and market opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.

Collaborating closely with growth, engineering, design, and other teams, you will develop and launch the product while managing its lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing features, managing the product backlog, creating roadmaps to guide development, and overseeing product launches, project planning, and implementation.

Additionally, you will engage regularly with users to gather feedback, translate insights into actionable improvements, and apply strategic thinking and technical fluency to prototype and test new features. Delivering phased updates (POCs, MVPs, and full releases) with a focus on agility and scalability is also essential.
