About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess an inspiring creative flair, strategic acumen, and a nurturing managerial approach. A compelling digital portfolio and prior experience working with prominent clients are prerequisites for this role.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conceptualization: Develop innovative and effective visual concepts that align with the company's creative vision.
  2. Design: Create high-quality designs that showcase exceptional creativity, strategic brilliance, and unparalleled innovation.
  3. Supervision: Provide guidance and support to contractors, graphic designers, production artists, content creators, vendors, and interns, fostering company growth and innovation.
  4. Execution: Oversee the development of art concepts and ensure the production of high-quality advertising and marketing materials.

Requirements:
  1. At least 3-5 years of relevant design or marketing experience in the digital agency space.
  2. Knowledge of marketing strategies or design agency practices.
  3. Graphic design major is preferred; Marketing/Communication background is a huge plus.
  4. Expert knowledge of typography, composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals.
  5. Expert with Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  6. Strong creative and analytical skills.
  7. Demonstrated ability to lead a department and effectively manage others.
  8. Compelling portfolio of graphic design work is a must.

  4. Proven track record in client-facing management.
