Job Description:

The ideal candidate will exhibit a remarkable creative vision, strategic insight, and a supportive leadership style. A strong digital portfolio and experience with notable clients are essential for this position. Responsibilities include:

  1. Conceptualization
  2. Design
  3. Supervision
  4. Execution

The successful candidate must demonstrate outstanding visual conceptualization abilities, a comprehensive understanding of design principles, and a versatile aesthetic approach. Familiarity with media best practices, terminology, and vendor requirements is also necessary. As a key participant in creative brainstorming sessions, you will contribute significantly to generating innovative ideas. Collaborating with the creative director, art directors, designers, and copywriters, you will play a vital role in the creative development process. You will actively engage in the concepting and ideation phases, leading creative and strategic problem-solving initiatives for clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of artistic concepts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality advertising and marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

  1. Direct our creative initiatives, managing each phase from initial proposal to final delivery, ensuring that all work reflects exceptional creativity, strategic insight, and unmatched innovation.
  2. Deliver well-crafted concepts to clients and internal teams, providing clear and engaging presentations that effectively convey the intended vision while maintaining a focus on the end user.
  3. Offer guidance and support within the creative department to contractors, graphic designers, production artists, content creators, vendors, and interns; assist in researching, interviewing, and evaluating new creative talent, fostering growth and innovation, and providing regular feedback and mentorship to enhance their professional development.
  4. Encourage collaboration with other leaders within the organization, working collectively to improve our agency and shape its future direction.
  5. Continuously pursue improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in design or marketing within a digital agency environment.
  2. Understanding of marketing strategies or design agency practices.
  3. A degree in graphic design is preferred; a background in marketing or communication is a significant advantage.
  4. Expertise in typography, composition, color theory, and other graphic design fundamentals.
  5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  6. Strong creative and analytical capabilities.
  7. Proven ability to lead a department and effectively manage team members.
  8. A compelling portfolio of graphic design work is essential.
