Job Description:
The ideal candidate will exhibit a remarkable creative vision, strategic insight, and a supportive leadership style. A strong digital portfolio and experience with notable clients are essential for this position. Responsibilities include:

The successful candidate must demonstrate outstanding visual conceptualization abilities, a comprehensive understanding of design principles, and a versatile aesthetic approach. Familiarity with media best practices, terminology, and vendor requirements is also necessary. As a key participant in creative brainstorming sessions, you will contribute significantly to generating innovative ideas. Collaborating with the creative director, art directors, designers, and copywriters, you will play a vital role in the creative development process. You will actively engage in the concepting and ideation phases, leading creative and strategic problem-solving initiatives for clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of artistic concepts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality advertising and marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Direct our creative initiatives, managing each phase from initial proposal to final delivery, ensuring that all work reflects exceptional creativity, strategic insight, and unmatched innovation.
- Deliver well-crafted concepts to clients and internal teams, providing clear and engaging presentations that effectively convey the intended vision while maintaining a focus on the end user.
- Offer guidance and support within the creative department to contractors, graphic designers, production artists, content creators, vendors, and interns; assist in researching, interviewing, and evaluating new creative talent, fostering growth and innovation, and providing regular feedback and mentorship to enhance their professional development.
- Encourage collaboration with other leaders within the organization, working collectively to improve our agency and shape its future direction.
- Continuously pursue improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in design or marketing within a digital agency environment.
- Understanding of marketing strategies or design agency practices.
- A degree in graphic design is preferred; a background in marketing or communication is a significant advantage.
- Expertise in typography, composition, color theory, and other graphic design fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong creative and analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead a department and effectively manage team members.
- A compelling portfolio of graphic design work is essential.
