Key to success in our field is the ability to drive innovation through data-driven decision making. We're looking for a Data Consultant who can harness technology to create dynamic platforms and intelligent digital experiences.

About This Role

This discipline is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, building robust data infrastructures, and enabling data-driven decision-making and innovation through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create solution architectures for data migration and integration projects.
  • Design and implement data pipelines using orchestration tools such as Airflow.
  • Collaborate with the Data Architect to maintain source-to-target mapping documentation.
  • Identify measures to visualize and track data quality across pipelines.
  • Lead end-to-end data migration projects between systems hosted in different environments.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and set clear deliverables.
  • Prepare detailed technical plans and coordinate resources within change programs.

A successful candidate will focus on designing and implementing DW solutions, developing end-to-end migration frameworks, and building data reporting systems.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and managing data solutions.
  • Proven track record leading data migration projects from planning through execution.
  • Hands-on Snowflake experience, including architecture, development, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (3NF, dimensional modeling, Data Vault).
  • Experience designing and optimizing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and batch and streaming data processing.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Microsoft SSIS.
  • Knowledge and experience in Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including orchestration tools such as Airflow.
  • Excellent communication skills in advanced English (oral and written).
