Early Career Program in Finance

We are looking for talented individuals to participate in our Early Career Program in Finance. This program is designed to equip aspiring finance leaders with a solid foundation in finance, accounting, business, and leadership development.

The program involves rotational assignments and formal classroom training, allowing participants to gain broad exposure to the challenges and opportunities facing finance teams today.

  • Participants will complete rotations and assignments in commercial and supply-chain finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and investor relations.
  • They will also participate in intentional and structured career development activities and receive active coaching and mentoring.
  • Contributing significantly to business outcomes through delivery of assignment projects.
  • Interacting with peers and networking with global finance business leaders to gain exposure and support for assignments.
  • Solving critical international business challenges through participation in cross-functional, mission-based teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, math, or business.
  • A GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
  • A maximum three years' work experience post-degree.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) and effective communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
  • Participation in a collaborative team with a continuous learning mindset, accountability, and integrity.
  • Geographical mobility due to location availability of role.
