We are currently searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our Delivery Team and manage the development of mobile applications for video streaming platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with agile development methodologies, and a proven track record in managing technical teams. The role will involve collaborating with product managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that functions and performance meet customer requirements in a cost-effective and maintainable way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Software Engineering Team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Develop and implement new features and enhance existing functionalities on client applications
- Provide on-call support, including monitoring, triaging, and resolving production issues
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software development and leadership roles
- Strong understanding of React Native, Java, Kotlin, iOS, Android, and TV Platforms
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
