Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in the region
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to challenge and motivate sales teams and customers
  • Manage and optimize market performance in the Southeast

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the building materials industry
  • Proven track record of success in brand development and end-user focused sales
  • Strong understanding of CRM toolsets and their application in sales management
  • Experience as a Regional or Director-level sales leader
