Job Description:

We are seeking a highly dynamic and hands-on City Operations Manager to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, including fleet management, maintenance, logistics and customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with authorities, administration and police to resolve any operational issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage spare parts inventory.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics or operations management.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
