Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a team tasked with managing material supply constraints and supplier improvement efforts in critical performance areas.
- Direct procurement resource utilization in support of Supplier Performance Management goals and objectives, ensuring alignment to key strategies.
- Implement critical Supplier Performance processes and toolsets for managing supplier performance improvement efforts.
- Evaluate and ensure implementation of ongoing process improvement strategies across the region.
- Collaborate on the implementation of globally standardized Supplier Risk Management processes with divisions and plants.
- Drive supply chain risk mitigation strategies related to BG supplier performance, capacity, capability, and delivery.
- Contribute expertise to identify and develop ongoing continuous improvement in processes and operations for enhanced Organizational Performance.
- Manage direct supervision activities for the team, including objective setting, performance management, coaching/mentoring, and employee development.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, we require (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Proficient experience in Supply Chain
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Ability to work across organization boundaries to influence, build credibility, and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Direct experience in Procurement and/or Supply Planning functions.
- Master's degree in a business or industry-related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
