About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional to support our executive team members. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the executive team members in achieving company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and refine internal processes to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Manage communication with employees and coordinate projects and tasks with internal executives.
  • Plan and orchestrate work to meet organizational priorities and goals.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information.
  • Manage travel logistics and activities.
  • Provide administrative and office support, including preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, document management, and project trackers.
Your Skills and Expertise:
  • Proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers.
  • Flexibility and consistency while maintaining confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Previous experience as an administrative professional is required.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
