Public Safety Solutions Expert

Safeguard lives and communities by delivering mission-critical technology to police, fire, and health agencies. As a Public Safety Solutions Expert, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and our technological capabilities, ensuring innovative, robust, and effective solutions that meet their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Solution Design: Architect comprehensive solutions by integrating our applications with existing infrastructure and business processes, ensuring seamless public safety operations.
  • Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to deeply understand customer challenges and lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase how our solutions can meet their needs.
  • Technical Validation: Analyze customer environments, including IT infrastructure, IP networks, and software systems, to guarantee the viability and success of proposed solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the technical hub, coordinating with internal sales teams, product managers, engineers, and external partners to build cohesive and supportable solutions.
  • Oversee Transition Planning: Develop and articulate clear transition and implementation plans, providing customers with confidence in their journey to bring new solutions into service.
Requirements:
  • Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Santiago, Chile or São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese is highly desirable.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant) supplying complex solutions to public safety agencies.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven expertise in at least three (3) of the following public safety domains: Emergency Call Handling & Next-Generation Telephony, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Location-Based Services, Control Room/Command Center operations and business processes.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, virtualization, and IP networking, solid understanding of software integration patterns and technologies.
