Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to develop finished product formulations that meet industrial standards, country-specific and client requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects for key local, strategic, and regional customers to drive commercial success
  • Utilize Product Experience (PX) data to inform project decisions when required
  • Refine attributes (taste and texture) and communicate effectively with team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the food, pharmaceutical, ingredient, or flavor industry
  • Pass an internal sensory test
