Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development of intelligent personalization and optimization systems. As part of our high-growth, high-performance culture, you will design and deploy models that understand user preferences, optimize content discovery, and personalize experiences at scale.
Your primary focus will be on building systems that drive millions in revenue through data-driven insights and real-time personalization features. You will work closely with product teams to identify new opportunities for growth and collaborate with a global team of high-performers to deliver measurable impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in production ML system development
- Strong background in ranking algorithms, including collaborative filtering, deep learning, and learning-to-rank
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Experience with distributed computing (Spark, Ray)
- Track record of shipping models that improve business metrics
