About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying large-scale AI models that drive business outcomes. As a senior AI architect, you will lead a team of engineers in developing cutting-edge solutions that meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement personalized recommendation systems using advanced machine learning techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and system designs.
  • Contribute to the development of new features and improvements to existing systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Expertise in modern ML architectures, including two-tower, transformer-based, and graph neural networks.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical decisions.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and project delivery.
