Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent from various channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and headhunting. A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields is required. Additionally, strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition, especially in operational roles, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and build pipelines of high-quality talent.
  • Proactively engage in headhunting and direct sourcing to identify active and passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and People Partners to understand talent gaps and design forward-looking hiring strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition, especially in operational roles.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Proven experience in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and headhunting.

Contract Details:
