We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead our recruitment team in Fortaleza, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and our organization, ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
  • Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
  • Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or human resources roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience in staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
  • Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is an asset).
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
  • Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
