We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Specialist to join our LATAM team.

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes for regional teams located in Brazil, partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, and driving employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition (65%):

Owning and managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality talent.

Partnering with business leaders to develop smart hiring strategies that meet their needs and align with corporate objectives.

Driving initiatives to enhance employer branding and improve candidate experience across the region.

  • Learning & Talent Management (35%):

Designing and deploying learning and development strategies across subsidiaries, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Facilitating best practice sharing in talent development and supporting key talent management initiatives for the region.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • A proven track record of success in talent acquisition and/or learning & development, preferably in multinational or regional environments from similar industries.

A hands-on and proactive mindset, with the ability to create and implement solutions in fast-paced environments.

Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

High levels of resilience and adaptability, with the ability to navigate changing priorities and complex situations.

Fluency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish being an asset.

A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
