Job Summary:
- Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Attraction: Recruit and hire top talent to meet operational, technical, and leadership requirements.
- Headhunting and Direct Sourcing: Engage in proactive headhunting and direct sourcing to identify active and passive candidates across various channels.
- Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain an agile talent pool for future business needs.
- Collaboration with HR Business Partners: Work with HR Business Partners to achieve strategic objectives and enhance hiring processes.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. They will be proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry or role. Familiarity with diverse recruitment methods and technologies, as well as a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, is also desirable.
