We are searching for a talented Engagement Solutions Senior Analyst to help lead a team through transformational projects. This role will work with large clients, interface with internal and external stakeholders, and develop recommendations for improvement. Will be responsible for autonomously executing tasks as they relate to the project or needs of the client. The Senior Analyst should possess an ability to learn new concepts, develop existing skills, and contribute value to strategic client initiatives while taking initiative to help lead teammates through strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Consult on business operations and performance under managerial guidance.
• Analyze client data and processes to recommend improvements.
• Lead project teams through planning, discovery, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct interviews, focus groups, and process observations.
• Develop client deliverables including ROI, statistical analysis, strategic assessments, and compelling data storytelling.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of consulting or analytics experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Native Portuguese and Strong English language
• Strong communicator with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Team-oriented, with a focus on individual contributions to larger goals.
• Initiative-driven and detail-oriented.
• Skilled in guiding customer transformation efforts.
• Experience in contact centers and self-service channels is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
