Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to assume the role of Business Intelligence Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with data engineers and other data professionals to ensure data quality and accessibility. This individual will also collaborate with business users to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and extract data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Clean, validate, and organize raw data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and data models for reporting and analysis.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis, trend analysis, and predictive modeling using various analytical techniques.
- Identify key metrics, track performance, and uncover actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations based on results.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Create compelling visual representations of data that tell a clear story and highlight key findings.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across different departments, including management, marketing, product, and operations.
- Work proactively to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements across the business.
