Key Responsibilities:
- Attract, map and hire high-quality talent for operational, technical and leadership roles.
- Support functions by engaging in proactive headhunting and direct sourcing to identify candidates across different channels.
- Maintain a diverse and agile talent pool through external pipelines.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand talent gaps and design forward-looking hiring strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
- Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition, especially in operational roles.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing, talent mapping and headhunting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Workday.
- Background in supply chain or terminal operations.
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management skills, providing consultative guidance.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and manage multiple roles independently.
- Resilience and adaptability in a hybrid model.
