Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from hire to retire. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage employee onboarding, including orientation, training, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and time-off requests.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits, including salary structures, bonuses, and health insurance options.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and employment laws.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop effective training programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
