Theatre Service Excellence

This is a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic theatre environment. The successful candidate will consistently meet and exceed guest expectations, ensuring an outstanding experience for all.

  • Deliver high-quality service to Theatre customers by adhering to the Theatre service procedures.
  • Perform all duties required to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming lounge, dining, and cinema environment.
  • Deal with difficult situations professionally, providing solutions and keeping guests informed about issue progress.
  • Uphold company values by delivering great moments to everyone, every day.

Cash Handling: Follow established cash handling policies to ensure accurate change and minimize unders/overs.

Product Knowledge: Learn and confidently explain all menu items to guests.

Suggestive Selling & Upselling: Suggest items as per training to enhance the guest experience.

Occupational Health & Safety: Follow OHS policies & procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests, colleagues, and self.

Food Hygiene & Handling: Follow food hygiene policies to serve safe and contamination-free food & beverage to guests.

Requirements
  • Key Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Personal Characteristics:
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Confident in meeting people in an open lounge environment.
    • Good to high English conversational skills - reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Background:
    • Previous hotel or 5-star experience considered advantageous.
    • Customer service experience within fine dining restaurants preferred.
    • Concierge experience also considered.

Minimum Requirements: Previous hotel/5-star experience/cabin crew experience will be considered as an advantage. Customer service experience within a fine dining restaurant preferred. Concierge experience would be considered.
