The role of a Customer Service Officer is to provide exceptional customer experience by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Information Desk/Booths. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and customer-centric, with a strong ability to solve problems.

Job Description

This position is responsible for maintaining a thorough knowledge of the assigned Mall amenities, facilities, stores, locations, mall layout, and promotional activities. The successful candidate will ensure that all customer service related activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and guidelines, providing services of the highest level standards.

  • Maintain a high level of personal grooming and perform duties in official attire at the workplace, promoting the Mall image.
  • Assist visitors/customers at the Information Desk/Booths by providing clear directions, information on promotional events, answering queries, and performing Shopping Centre specific duties.
  • Handle retail-related complaints received from tenants and inform the relevant security, maintenance, and other concerned Mall departments immediately.
  • Ensure the assigned Shopping Centre always looks its best in terms of cleanliness and report any problems or concerns to the Supervisor/Manager Customer Service for timely resolution.

The successful candidate will have a positive and congenial relationship with tenants, government agencies, and community groups to enhance the Mall's image.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in the Customer Service field.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • A customer-centric mindset and good problem-solving skills.
