Job Title: Site Activation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Activation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our site activation group, you will be responsible for performing tasks at a country level associated with contracts for site activation activities.

In this role, you will work closely with our Site Activation Manager, Project Management team, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of site activation activities. You will prepare site regulatory documents, review them for completeness and accuracy, and distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.

You will also support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate and complete project-specific information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, track, and follow up on the progress, approval, and execution of documents, regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form (ICF), and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents.
  • Perform site activation activities in assigned studies for investigative sites, according to applicable regulations, SOPs, and work instructions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3 years' experience in a similar position in contracts in a Country Site Activation/Global Site Activation/Regulatory and Start-up role.
  • Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • General awareness of the clinical trial environment and drug development process.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and sponsors.
