Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Site Activation Specialist to join our team. As a Site Activation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of site activation activities for investigative sites.

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform site activation activities in assigned studies for investigative sites, according to applicable regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
  • Review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Prepare site regulatory documents, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
  • Inform team members of completion of regulatory and contractual documents for individual sites.
  • Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
  • Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate and complete project-specific information.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar position in a healthcare environment.
  • At least 1 year managing contracts or managing start-up submissions.
  • Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
